Diabetes care
We provide care to diabetes clients and provide them with information about the disease. Moreover, we give information and guidance on the best way to live with diabetes.
Stoma care
Our specialist nurse gives care to persons with a stoma. A stoma is an artificial opening made into the bowel that releases stool or urine, or both. A stoma is applied when the stool or urine cannot leave the body via the natural way.
Wound care
Care of various wounds, for example after an operation, after an accident or diabetic wounds. We also give information and guidance.
Wound care of the chest
Care of wounds on the chest, for example due to breast cancer. We also provide guidance and support to the client.
Incontinence
Care and guidance for the client who has problems to regulate his/her urine or stool. We also give information about the adequate materials for each individual.
Medical pedicure
Care for the client's feet to keep them healthy. Information and guidance for clients with high risk feet as a result of diabetes or cardiovascular diseases.
Social care
This type of care is provided to people who are no longer able to perform household tasks. We offer washing, ironing, light cleaning and cooking.
Transmural care
Specialized transfer nurses are responsible for the transition from hospital care to home care. Our transfer nurses work together with the client, his/her family and various organizations such as hospitals, retirement homes, rehabilitation centers, to offer tailor-made care.
Palliative care
